Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished making your selections, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in UK pounds sterling.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta and Maestro UK. We only deliver orders to the UK.
Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail, together with the transaction and order reference numbers.
Shipping And Handling
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or by courier to the address stated on your order. A signature for receipt of goods will be required by the courier. All parcels are delivered between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. A delivery charge of £6.00 is made for each parcel up to 30kg in weight. We only deliver to the UK.
Delivery Schedule
Our standard delivery schedule is to deliver within 21 days from receipt of order. In the event of any delay, we shall contact you with the expected date of delivery. Should this be unacceptable, you will have the option to cancel your order by

our sales hotline stating your order number.
Back Orders
If the item you require is not currently in stock, we will endeavour to back order it for you. You will be e-mailed with the expected delivery date, and given the option to cancel your order if this is not satisfactory.
Tax Charges
All prices in this catalogue are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase made from LadyGolfer.uk.com, you may return unused goods to the address given below within 60 days of receipt for a full refund - excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges incurred in returning the goods can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
We recommend you use a reputable courier for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items. Please include a covering letter with your name, address, order number, reason for return and an explanation of the action you would like us to take.
